In Greene County magistrate court a judgment for a $65 fine with a $22.75 surcharge and a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative surcharge was entered against Karah Brown of Jefferson on a charge of theft-fifth degree. Brown must also pay $12.99 restitution to Hy-Vee.
A judgment for a $100 fine with a $35 surcharge was entered against Jon Mitchell Bushman of Scranton on a charge of harassment-third degree. A charge of assault was dismissed.
A judgment for a $65 fine with a $22.75 surcharge was entered against Richard Dean Tuhn Jr of Grand Junction on a charge of violation of a no contact order.
Court costs were $60 in every case.
